Currently, lubricants producers, electrical, electronic and cars producers share waste oil management responsibility. The extended producer responsibility (EPR) regime for WEEE was updated to incorporate the mandate of using economic incentives correctly regarding applying hierarchy principle in management. Moreover, EPR on end life vehicles (ELV) accomplish principle. This work aims evaluate scope oils, which other organizations (PROs) have method consists estimating first cointegrating equation variables lubricating production (LP) price (FRP) Dynamic Least Squares Estimator (DOLS) period 2007-2020. Subsequently, between LP electric domestic appliances with oils (AWO) (VP) are estimated DOLS. main results show that FRP cointegrated. Besides, elasticity variable up negative at 0,45. In contrast, AWO, neither nor VP, not That context suggested should be considered join incentives.
